Quite the opposite, Freddie. You saw a brand new yard, built by CORP, with Connect Oregon tax monies. The new yard, located in Winchester, will allow CORP to move out of their cramped facility in downtown Roseburg, where they frequently block traffic on city streets with switching moves.
