These were nothing more than dime-store 4x6 prints placed on a HP Officejet 4680 flatbed scanner. After using the scanner's basic photo-scanning feature, I adjusted contrast and color temperature in Windows Photo Gallery. Some minor cropping was done, and they were then uploaded to Flickr without any further "lightroom" work.

I think keeping them in the Medium 640 size is important: like looking at prints made with a box camera from the 1950's, pictures look great until they're enlarged beyond 4x5! If I had a set-up to use the negs instead of scanning the prints, that would have been ideal, but it's not possible right now.
