It's not a railway bridge, it's a highway tunnel. It's the very short tunnel, which supports the railroad on a fill, just south of the large timber trestle. They want to widen the road, which the tunnel won't allow.
The proposed replacement structure was to be a bridge. Then they decided they could get rid of the railroad altogether, save money, and use the right of way for something more important than transportation, stuff like more office buildings and condos. (Just watch if you don't think they'll find a way to steal the land...)
