Right on there. No truer words were ever said. This is what scares the living Bandini out of me. It is said tnat the "Brown Leopard" cannot change it's spots. If I were an Oakland resident, I wouldn't be all that pleased with his progress as mayor there. The local school distruct had to be turned over to the state to run because of his inability to administrate it. However, this is a railroad site and what I would ask is what will he do for railroads? I sure hope he doesn't louse it up like he did our roads.
