Ah -- The Torpedo Boat Geeps; ordered for The Del Monte long distance commute trains. The need for extra fuel & water capacity on the run, & Espee's desire to eliminate fueling facilities @ the overnight layover, led to deletion of the dynamic brake blisters & moving the air tanks to the roof. Oddballs in the Espee fleet for sure.
