Las Vegas HSR

I spoke with a gentleman at Coffee this past Saturday, who is working for an engineering firm here in Southern California whose company is working on the design and engineering of the new bridges needed for the HSR to lost wages. He has told me that the line is entirely independent of any other rail line and will require the construction of over 500 bridges of many sizes and configurations. The work is being funded by the Las Vegas Gaming industry. More info as it becomes available.
