I'd be surprised if one SD45 can handle 26 loads Creston to Cheney without doubling Deep Creek to Medical Lake, or cheating on the 12MPH curve at Deep Creek. Coulee City to Creston has 1.0% grades which should limit an SD45 to 22 cars, 24 if the rail is dry.
