The engine would be done by now IF the group would pull their head out of their a$$ and accept help from those that are willing to help them. They have turned away help from members of the 4449, MRSR, as well as others in the PNW that have YEARS of experience working on steam. Good luck getting it done in time. I think you will see the #197 run out of Brooklyn before you see the Astoria boys get their act together.
