Re: UPRR fences/ Britain

In Britain, most every main in cities are fenced off and to some degree out in the country along high speed or electrified mains. Anyone can correct me, as memory is a wee bit lacking, but possible, ALL main lines, everywhere. Guess that is why you see fans on platforms, with platform tickets and HUGE books of every possible number a locomotive has worn and no camera. It could catch on here........
