SP 2472 on the streets of Redwood City

SP 2472 and the streets of Redwood City. No Karl Malden or a famous hat. But former SP boiler maker Bill Bartolli (second from left) inspects the 2472 on Chestnut Street on Independence Day in 1995. Sometimes the Golden Gate Railroad Museum would borrow SP's harbor lead to do a display during holidays in the 1990's. All but a memory as they have shifted the operations to Niles Canyon.
