Theodore Judah worked for the "Big Four" - The Central Pacific Railroad, not the UP.

Also, Judah He died on Nov. 2, 1863, from typhoid fever contracted while crossing the Isthmus of Panama on his way back to New York. He was on his way back to try to arrange funding to buy out the Big Four; Crocker, Stanford, Huntington and Hopkins.

As he died in 1863, it's very doubtful he platted a subdivision in Greenfield, MA in 1890.
