When I lived in northwestern Montana, I saw Flexibeams left and right like they were the hottest thing around.
But I've never, ever seen one in Oregon or southwestern Washington (i.e. at Vancouver Yard, on the Portland & Western). I still manage to see a few of the WCRC/HLSC centerbeams (usually with billboard "Cascade Warehouse" or "Hampton Lumber Sales" lettering, but it seems more of the WCRC Cascade Warehouse than the latter). If there's anything I don't see much of anymore, it's a good ol' bulkhead flatcar.
