Has much to do with trains, means fewer of them running to power plants, fewer rail jobs, and reduced need to expand rail capacity. Domestic Ethanol production will reduce amount of grain available for export and hence still fewer trains. Personally, my railfan expeditions need to have trains to watch and photograph, fewer trains, less fun. It all ties together. (If high speed trains ever happen, they will need electric power to run them, windmills unlikely to be enough to do it.)
