Marty,

As far as the tower goes, it was just part of the scene as much as depot. The depot itself is a replica built by the City (or is it town?) of Truckee, so where do you stop? For the most part, I personally prefer to preserve the scene as it existed.

As for the wires I scanned and photoshopped that thing around 3:30 this morning and don't recall the wires being there. Of course, the #4294 could have been in the background and I wouldn't have noticed it.
