Traffic contines to slowly rise and new locomotive orders are currently being delivered. A recent article claimed GE was looking at a recently-closed plant in MA to assist in locomotive production:
Lynn MA

CN has been purchacing Dash 8's from BNSF and UP and NS is leasing similar power from UP until some of its new power is delivered.
