Re: Toas Teens Properly Ejected from Amtrak Train No. 4
Take another look at that KOB video clip. [

This time watch the body language of the Taos boys in the background, while the interviews are running. Notice all that good behavior, and respect they are showing in the background. Yes, the sampling of their behavior is very small, but the video clip paints these kids in somewhat questionable light. I have worked many years with youths, and in particular with junior high school students. Also had considerable experience with some not always well behaved Boy Scouts. It is my humble opinion that Mr. Hunn's assessment is a good observation. Punks are punks no matter which side of the track they come from. Thanks are due to the initial contributor for the somewhat long report.
The Roosevelt Sims observations, regarding the possible litigation, are excellent points. Let's hope that Key Route Ken's warnings, regarding such litigants will be seen as the posters' personal opinions. I only count the word "Punk" once in the initial post. Railroad men often use stronger adjectives. Wonder if the Conductor's report properly used the Amtrak terminology of "guest" when describing the undisciplined Taos kids.
