Sad--very sad. Give it a year--maybe 18 months. There will be so many 10MPH slow orders..........

ATK and the State will have to step in with big buckets of cash..........

Freights will start their trips with 5 units (which will all be 3rd-hand, second generation units with a mix ot paint schemes) and by the end of the trip, only 2 or 3 will be running........

Auditors should be wary of "creative accounting" if there is ever an investigation.
