The 2nd car in the consist is an Espee economy baggage car for sure; Rock Island's similar cars were painted silver. With the end of most Railway Post Office services occurring in 1966, I'm not sure why this car would appear so far East of normal Espee / RI territory. Perhaps it was loaded with REA Express shipments ???
