site still buggered

The site is still buggered up - I can't access anything from the home page - I have w7 and IE8/9
it worked fine Saturday, but yesterday was really bad and today the pictures come thru,. but the rest is gibberish - same on my other machine with w(indows)XP and IE8+ -sorry
