On a certain level, you can see what the plaintiffs here are doing, and the thought process behind it. But the fact is, the pollution will remain along the Eel River whether trains run to Windsor or not, and getting a viable train off the ground, even if only to Windsor (or eventually to Willits I assume). will start the process of getting some trucks off Highway 101, which is pro-environment.
