Nothing seems to be delayed yet from this story?

Seems like the losers are stroking the local rag with more whining nimby jibberish about the "threat" of a lawsuit? Must have been a slow news day, but thanks for the nice shot of the tracks.

When they get to Humbolt County these phony environmentalist's ( And, isn't this really more of a goofy coalition of right wing big oil sponsored "think tank" liberatarian Thomas haters and job killing nimby's posing as "environmentalist's"?) then they might have a case. But, that is still a long way off, if ever?

More whining and bleating that the evil train is coming to destroy the world! All true Luddites must stop the evil train, before it is too late!
