This shows how stunningly full of @#$%& corporations and the people that support them can be. So out of touch, legally, socially, etc. Its okay for corporations to rape and pillage as they please, do whatever they want with impunity. They came to an agreement? Nils Huxtable should have counter sued them for their year's profits. Whoever at UP made the decision to sue Nils for photographing their trains should be sent to North Korea or Iran for some perspective. It is simply amazing how many people in this country don't understand that you can photograph whatever you want except certain military installations.
Wondering when the rest of America will wake up.
