Re: empire builder - Reroutes to MRL

I spent the weekend over in St. Regis, MT along the Clark Fork River.
Although the river was swollen, it hadn't breached any banks yet. We watched it on Sunday and actually noted the level drop 6-12 inches.
There is still alot of snow on the peaks and the rain was expected to continue for the next few weeks.
