The heros will be the marketing folks

The good news about the NWP is John Williams and his cohorts are no fools. They are all experienced railroad folks and not doing this for fun. Now exactly how they expect to make their money is an total mystery to me, as it is to others. It will be interesting how their business plan unfolds. I am modestly optimistic simply because I have had some experience with the principals. But since my professional railroading days are behind me, my primary interest now is to grab my camera and go railfanning. It will be nice to see trains rolling again in my backyard.
