Here we go again...

Here we go again---a truck vs. train accident and you are hoping the driver burns in hell. Maybe he will, we probably all will, but until you know the facts of the accident, quit being such instant experts. How many of you have ever driven a truck? No, not a little Tonka U-haul, but a real truck? Tractor/Trailer,combination vehicle, big rig,whatever. Something requiring a Class A CDL? I assume not a hell of lot. Well, until you do and have experience in the hundreds of thousand miles, maybe you better keep your mouths shut.

The NHP Commercial Division, the FRA and more government agencies than you have fingers will decide what happened and where to assess blame. Watching Ice Road Truckers or whatever does NOT make you an expert.
