See BNSF's photos: the street to the right / east is the industrial frontage road, first West of First Avenue South. Also, the West side of the Home Depot parking lot. Public street with some parking. Photography from roofs of appropriate vehicles, and well before Noon if Sun is evident.

The arches in the BNSF photo are the roof sections of the baseball park, just South of Royal Brougham Way (famous for grade crossing pedestrian "problems")

Stacy Street grade crossing at the South end of the transfer yard can get interesting. Very impressive truck traffic just to the West.
