I got this Info from a UP Rail friend and thought I would update my post with his new info ..........

Yuma sub...
Double track between Cactus MP 715 and Araz MP 723 has been finished.
The new Los Angeles Trash facility has been finished at Glamis Ca. and the 6 mile branch line from Mesquite ( Formerly west Glamis ) to the the trash facilites is completed and ready for trains. The new line has CTC and is good for 50 mph.
As soon as the La puente Trash loading facility is complete at mp13 on the LA subdivision, The UP will run two 4000 ton train sets each way, Between Rose hills and Glamis.
Bridge work is going at a very quick pace for the new double track project between Ferrum Ca. mp639 and Wister mp 660 and they should start doing roadbed work after the culverts and bridge work is complete.
After this project is complete early next year, UP will start double track between Wister mp660 and Regina mp 683.
The BNSF/UP flyover should start soon at Colton, But I have no hard dates on when or what will occur.

I will give you an update on LA sub new track next week
