Dick,

I don’t know if the rail on the flat car shown in the video was picked up earlier in the morning on July 8th or on a previous day. Based on a video I saw on YouTube the rail may have been dropped off somewhere in Aptos on the afternoon of July 8th. The photo of the flat car without the rail was taken a week later on July 15th.

Regarding the flat car, the tank cars display a Hazmat placard and a buffer car is required between the tank cars and the power.
