Ok, it's a wonderful picture of two of the nine AT&SF FP45s. It is not really "out of focus". It is just not sharp. Every scan, and I mean every, (I've scanned around 10,000 slides) needs to be sharpened. It does not look like you scanned it at the highest possible resolution of your scanner. A high-res scan when reduced to screen size will be of much higher quality even before you sharpen it. Two it needs to be rotated so the verticals in the Harvey House are vertical. Third it needs slight cropping. Fourth, it is dirty. This is easily dome with the clone device. Also, the reds look over saturated. Once you get the hang of it, your slides will make us all happy.

Six of the nine AT&SF FP45s are preserved, unfortunately #91 is not. I wonder what number the second locomotive is. But #95 is now right there next to the Harvey House behind the trees at the right. The date of the picture is probably in the 1970s before the FP45s received freight locomotive numbers and paint.

Mike, if you would like I could post your picture with the changes I suggest above so you can see what I am talking about.
