Thanks for the comments. I'll hold of on other postings until I get it right. This train was one of the "Railcycle" specials during 1990. There was a plan to start hauling trash out of the Inland Empire/L.A. basin to the Cadiz area, which failed. Santa Fe ran about 8 to 10 of these trains. I was fortunate enough to ride one, eating a lunch buffet on genuine Membrino china ! ! ! ! Most of the trip I rode alone in the full length dome. Somewhere I should slides of that too. I haven't located the exact date of this slide but I remember it being in the spring.
