Thanks for the positive feedback. I have photographed the UP from some of the smaller dunes near Basin. It gets real tiring lugging a tripod on sand very quickly. Gotta watch out for those Mojave Green Rattlesnakes, especially in the springtime when the mommies have their little snakelets. I just read in my research on the Joshua Tree, that rattlers like to nest at the base of the plant,
and who knew that the Joshua Tree is related to asparagus?
