Of the several museums I am familiar with, and I'm sure I can generalize to all railway museums, they are not "just watching it rust." For pieces they don't have volunteers and money to restore, they are crying inside as it rusts. Rod, I hope you are one of us who actively volunteer at museums to restore our railroad history before it rusts or rots away.
