Interurbans Special 37 has a larger photo of the substation, 1945. The portable subs are WW2 vintage.

The photo in Donald Duke's book shows the present building, and it appears that the weed grown ROW is minus the tracks.

Did freight on the replacement SP line require a new building to house lager/more equipment? Were the portable subs use contine until the present building came on line?
