NRHS Excursion to Mineral & Mt. Rainier Scenic

As part of the NRHS Convention, a trip to Mineral was operated over to Tacoma Rail. The first part of the trip was powered by Tacoma Rail diesels which took the train to Eatonville where they would meet the Mt. Rainier Scenic and their Willamette geared locomotive for the rest of the trip to Mineral.

Arriving at the Tacoma Station, SD45 #3001 and SD40 #3000 are on former Milwaukee Road trackage now operated by Tacoma Rail

South of Tacoma, near Graham, the track turns South and heads to Eatonville
