Tillamook scrapping----BA&P scrapping???

In another thread is was mentioned that the Tillamook yard was gone? Has it really been scrapped? Is the main line into Tillamook still in place or has it been lifted too? If the above questions are yes, who is the scrapper and is POTB keeping materials to fix up rest of railroad? Second question, I heard a rumor that the BA&P shops in Anaconda, MT are being torn down? Is this so?
