Arizona Eastern sold to GWI

Looks like Iowa Pacific has sold their Arizona Eastern properties (the ex-SP Globe and Clifton branches, plus connecting trackage rights), to Genesee & Wyoming Industries.

IPH apparently is moving their "Black Widow" painted E8 off the AZER to their Saratoga & North Creek property in upstate New York.
