I couldn't tell in the video---were those units SD45T2's or 40T2's?
In the spring of 2005 I spent a few day chasing MRL between Missoula, Garrison, and over Mullan Pass. The freight known as the ML (Missoula to Laurel)had come out of Missoula, making a stop at Garrison to pick up cars and several helper units. When they left Garrison, a total of eight units consisting of SD45's and SD40's of assorted ancestry with ex-SP SD45 #7544 in the lead were leaning into the drawbar.
I chased it out of Garrison up Mullan Pass thru Avon and on to Blossberg. As the chase progressed, I was wishing I had a video camera. The sound of those eight units screaming up thru Avon and Eliston was amazing. I don't often get transfixed by sight and sound but this was one time I did.
