Considering I am at the YWR depot TODAY, there is no notice and to add correction and clarity to this statement, A Federal TRO has been filed, there will be no sale. Actions against common carrier railroads are complex and this issue has been blown out of proportion, as usual. As any one familiar will railroad law and fed codes, at a minimum, adverse abandoment action must be filed with the STB prior to any action as been rumored of the sale of the YWR depot, or any other rail asset.
