Cascades power is occasionally seen in the consist with P40s. Yesterday's Builder, however, did look odd when it left Portland with the Cascades unit as the only power. I can't remember seeing that before.

Of course, blue/gray P40s are common on Cascades trainsets, so I guess it's only fair for the reverse to occur as well.
