Catenary poles - so irritating, even spell check doesn't like to deal with them.

Marty - it's an incredible shot and one can easily overlook the catenary but if you were to enter it in a contest or perhaps elect to frame it, I'd have suggested going for an image (if one was taken) a frame or two earlier, with the right and bottom cropped out.

Even wide, with the pole in the way would be easier to overlook if the engine was not behind the pole.

I deal with catenary all the time - my pet peeve is cutting the poles off in a scene which is difficult not to do. I don't mind the wires and as someone said, they are what they are - part of the scene but perhaps are most appealing behind the subject.
