Is Blind Slough the one with the " hand - crank " draw bridge ??? I rode the Lewis & Clark Explorer several times over the course of its' existance. I also fanned it once, bagging shots of street running in St. Helens, and the female operator cranking the draw bridge closed for the Westbound run. Is this the same bridge ???
