Yeah, I was a couple hundred feet away, and not really paying attention. It certainly could have been a smoke break, two men on the front deck discussing world events, while waiting for something to clear up down the road. But, this was on a part of the UPRR mainline where trains normally roll on through. Since it looked like one of the men climbed up from the ground I thought maybe an efficiency test had been conducted. Hence, the question.
