Coos Bay Rail Link

Ok, well, I, uh, just couldn't stay away from here any longer, having decided to not let the few people who argue chase me away again. Just wanted to report that I saw a tie tamper and small backhoe on the line to Coos Bay Sunday. They were working just west of Eugene a few miles. No power in the Eugene Yard, as of yesterday anyway, but now I actully believe something is going to happen, so will be looking every day. Does anyone know what power this new company uses?
