Looks like another failed project for Mr. Fleming. Long Bell Shay, SP&S 539, and now the 18. Granted it did run, but from what i saw, she needed a hell oh a lot more work than what was done to it as there was a lot of banging in the side rods. So, how many people were screwed over on this project? I know there were a bunch with the 539. You just use people to get what you want then screw them over don't you, or so thats how the 539 story goes from what i have been told.
