As Howard mentioned, this car sat on a spur at the Davenport cement plant for as long as I can remember. We always figured it was originally destined to become a farm bridge over a local creek. The grass seen in his pics is but a 5 o'clock shadow compared to what it has sprouted over the years. It is great seeing it spiffed up and back roaming the rails here.
