There was a good book called " The Movie Railrods " by Larry Jensen, might be availabile on Ebay, it had a Roster of RR equipment used in various TV or Movie's, up too the Publication date.
At one time 20th Century Movies had a steam Loco, many cars used were ex V&T rolling stock.
The Sierra RR has hosted " Many" Production crews
The Wild, Wild West TV show was supposed to have been filmed on the Santa Fe San Jacinto branch.
A movie was onced filmed on the Modesto and Empire Traction co
