McCloud---A year to go

It was a hot afternoon, July 14th, 2005, as McCloud Railway SD38 crossed the Lake Britton Bridge on its way back to McCloud with loads from the Sierra Pacific mill in Burney, CA. Less than a year later, the last revenue loads would cross and the bridge would soon become bereft of rail.
