Since when was EMD (or any of the other companies mentioned) based in Lake Oswego?

Lake Oswego is certainly a place that is based in "reality"...but the only railroad based company I know of that has anything to do with L.O. is The Greenbrier Companies, which is the parent company of Gunderson, the railcar manufacturer whose main facility is in N.W. Portland.; and Siemens Transportation Systems which has a small office in Lake Oswego (but they are "based" in Sacramento).

Greenbrier has nothing to do with Caterpillar, Progress Rail, EMD, Berkshire Hathaway (I work for a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary), etc.
