You know it. A decade worth of whiny naysayers have either disappeared into the night or get bent out of shape whenever someone points out how full of crap they were. I guess people like Sam Reeves are too busy counting those flying pigs to speak up. There are two other potential customers that have been discussing/planning building/rebuilding spurs; Shamrock in Santa Rosa and a wine distributor who is next to the mainline but never was a former customer. I believe both of these outfits are waiting to make sure this current NWP is more viable than the previous incarnations before they commit to a spur. Despite some people who suggest the NWP is likely to fail for lack of revenue, the future looks more promising than it has in 15 years.
