For all the good this grant money will do, they might just as well burn it on the town square at high noon - might keep a few homeless warmer for a few hours that way. But then again, it never was about doing any good anyway - was it.

But what could be more cost effective than paying well for votes in the next election (at any price); whether or not they come from union members, or consultants. Or even if they come from street bums and illegal aliens, who the hell cares! !

A vote is a Vote is a VOTE !

Not only that - they get to buy those votes with YOUR money - not theirs! Nothing on earth could be more cost effective than that - NOT Nuttin'!........for what they are really after!
